Salary: £31,982 - £34,925 actual per annum (depending on skills and experience) (+ London allowance of £3,600 if applicable)

About the role

  • The post-holder will manage a geographically based team of fundraisers to help support the delivery of financial and non-financial targets for the department. acquisition, cultivation and retention. The role will work closely with Regional Community Fundraising Managers to maximise Regional Fundraising opportunities across all income steams across all regions. The role will ensure a consistent framework for excellent customer care to improve stewardship and retention across the department.

About you

We are looking for a candidate with experience in Community Fundraising, as well as managing and leading a geographically dispersed team. This role will be key in implement and deliver consistent customer care across the Community Fundraising Executive team. They will have the ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated with a broad and competing workload.

We will be looking for good written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal and team-working skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of the UK voluntary sector and be experienced to support the growth of the income stream pipelines, stewardship and retention in the region.

We are looking for someone to join the team who will support the delivery of income targets and income generating activities from Organise Your Own events, Groups and Associations, Community Corporate and In Memoriam fundraising as agreed, as well as Mass Events.
