About the role
This is an exciting time to join us as we further develop our centralised People Services centre. The team are responsible for supporting our people and their managers to adhere to the systems, policies, processes and procedures that support our people throughout their work life-cycle with the Society. This role is integral to delivering an excellent service through establishing a team that delivers the best customer service experience to colleagues who require advice and support with managing their people. The Team Leader will work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless, integrated HR service.
You will provide coaching and supervision to your team to enable them to deliver a high quality, customer focussed service. You will bring your experience of providing line managers with advice on people management, HR policies, systems and processes whilst upskilling your team’s HR knowledge. With a natural flair for improving existing systems, you will design, implement and improve effective and efficient processes including the use of our HR database.
You will be educated to degree level or with equivalent experience. Working towards your CIPD is desirable.
