About the role

The Operations Director – Transformation, Commercial & Outreach is the strategic commercial and transformation lead for the Operations Directorate and is responsible for delivery of a substantial income to support the activity of Operations.

Reporting to the Director of Operations and acting as a member of the Operations, Leadership Team, the post holder will provide vision, leadership and direction to ensure Alzheimer’s Society develops and delivers strategically aligned commercial activities to the highest standard; and will promote and sustain a culture to drive business improvement in service delivery.
