About the role

We are looking for a Community Development Coordinator to work within the Dementia Wellbeing service in Bristol.

We are looking for someone to lead on the equality and diversity agenda. This role will ensure that the Dementia Wellbeing Service is accessible to seldom heard from groups and will involve building relationships within communities and with local community groups.

About you

You will have a good understanding of dementia, the impact of dementia on people, (both those diagnosed and those caring) and experience in working with people with dementia in the community, especially within seldom heard from groups and communities.

You will have experience of working with the equality and diversity agenda, and have the ability to lead on this, and who has good communication and organisational skills.
