Salary: £32,622 - £35,624 actual per annum (depending on skills and experience)

About the role

As a Dementia Connect Local Services Manager you will have the rewarding opportunity to manage dementia services across the ten boroughs of Greater Manchester.

You will provide local operational leadership and management to support the Area Manager to deliver the Society’s strategy. The role will lead local delivery of high quality, person-centred, safe and secure dementia services and lead the implementation of operational business management systems.  You will champion the delivery of quality in everything we do, ensuring that people affected by dementia are at the heart of our service delivery.

About you

You will be educated to NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience and have experience of leading teams to deliver high performance outcomes to excellent quality standards, including through periods of significant change.

An understanding of dementia is desirable - but not essential. We are looking for a person who wants to be part of a fantastic team creating a supportive environment to help people affected by dementia.
