About the role

The Legacy fundraising team at Alzheimer’s Society has an enviable track record with income seeing exponential growth over the last 5 years achieving £23.3m for 2018/19. Legacy income accounts for almost 25% of the total income for the Society and this is an exciting time to join our team as we continue to grow in reputation as leaders in the sector.

The Will to Remember team play a key part in contributing to our legacy income pipeline, supporting an increasing number of people to make their wills through our national network of solicitors. The Will to Remember Support Officer will be a crucial addition to the team, providing excellent customer care for supporters and administrative support for the Will to Remember team.

The Officer role will support good working relationships within the team and with other Fundraising departments and develop this new position to meet the needs of an expanding area of our work.

About you

Are you looking for a new opportunity to develop a career in fundraising? We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual with excellent attention to detail to join the Will to Remember team. You will have experience of working in a customer or supporter focused environment, using Microsoft office applications and a proven ability to manage your own workload.
