About the role
Have you got what it takes to build on our success so far in making dementia the issue of our time? We are looking for someone who can create high quality film content for use on a range of channels. They will work with teams across the Society to develop concepts and create video content within the house style.
Films can range from high profile fundraisers, telling the story of who we are and the difference we make to people affected by dementia, to communicating important information about dementia to those living with the condition. The role includes developing, influencing and implementing a bespoke video style that is unique to Alzheimer’s Society and instantly recognisable.
We are looking for someone who has the focus and discipline to deliver video on time, on budget and to a very high standard.
You will have the people skills to work as comfortably with senior members of staff as you do with people affected by dementia.
You will have the production skills to know what makes a great video and how to deliver the components needed to create it.
You will have the shooting and lighting skills to capture beautiful images either in a formal interview setting, or with actuality.
You will have the edit skills on (or similar software) to use sound and pictures to create seamless, powerful content.
