Salary: £19,964 - £20,770 (depending on skills and experience) (+ London allowance of £3,600 if applicable)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organsied individual to join our award-winning Mass Participation Events team.  As a team we work to grow, develop and innovate mass fundraising products and aim to provide the best possible supporter experience to increase participation and income, to ultimately support more people affected by dementia.  The successful candidate will be a key part of driving our exciting work forward, helping us deliver our ambitious target to raise over £9 million in 2020/2021.

This role will provide administrative support across all our mass participants products, including Memory Walk, Cupcake Day, Elf Day and New Product Development. You will be required to carry out a range of daily tasks including data checking and entry, database imports and exports and creating and scheduling supporter communications.

About you

This role is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to build their experience and career in fundraising. We are looking for a highly organsied and enthusiastic individual with excellent attention to detail to join the team. You will have administration experience, ideally in customer or supporter focused environment, and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Being able to work to deadlines and work on multiple projects at the same time is a must.
