About the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Business Engagement team within IT during a period of organisational transformation and change. There are several projects requiring UX expertise, research and design.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills to work collaboratively with the business and project teams at all levels. Excellent facilitation and influencing skills and the ability to produce high quality documentation is essential.

About you
We are looking to recruit an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer, who can provide strategic insight into our supporter journeys, conducting research with People Affected By and Living with Dementia and the usability of our systems.

The right person will be able to act as a bridge between different teams and projects, leveraging existing expertise and knowledge to validate solution definitions and specifications. The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with business stakeholders and gain trust in order guide and influence them will be key.

To achieve this, you will collaborate with product specialists and various application delivery teams to help develop products and solutions that fully integrate with existing IT systems and solve complex business problems.
