About the role
To be an active member in a team of support workers and volunteers led by a Day Support Manager, delivering day services to people living with dementia, at a centre in Salisbury.
We are looking for a creative and experienced support worker with an understanding of dementia. You will be delivering individually tailored care and support to individuals living with dementia. The post will include assistance with personal care at times and in administering prescribed medication. We are keen that those people we work with are actively engaged in delivering the service and are encouraged to participate in activities within the centre and the wider community.
