About the role

You will be working with a small experienced team of day support workers in our day centre in Hammersmith.

Your role will require you to assist and support people living with dementia who need access to group activities, escorting clients in / out of the building, serving refreshments and lunch, cleaning and tidying up after meals and activities. As well as interacting with the clients and our experienced team of support workers.

You will have a good understanding of dementia and related symptoms. You will be a confident communicator and a good listener.

You will be a good team worker, but also able to use your initiative when necessary. You will also be observant and alert at all times.
