About the role
The Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Adviser service operates across the whole of Gloucestershire & provides specialist dementia information, advice & support to anyone living with dementia in the County. It is an integral part of the Gloucestershire Dementia pathway working closely with GP practices & the Memory Assessment service.
This is a non-medical role & we would provide the successful candidate with a comprehensive mix of dementia training & peer support from our existing highly experienced team. We are looking for someone who has an empathic and caring nature who has had experience of providing professional signposting & support to a large caseload of clients.
