Customer Selections Analyst

About the role

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Customer Selections Analyst, joining a team of four Customer Data Analysts, responsible for delivering targeted data selections for Alzheimer’s Society communications. As a trusted expert and a critical friend to Fundraising and other colleagues, you will play a crucial role in deepening understanding of Alzheimer’s Society’s supporters. You will do this by drawing on campaign results, data models and sources of insight, to support your colleagues to test hypotheses and continuously innovate, to drive loyalty and sustainable growth across Alzheimer’s Society’s audiences. By doing so, you will help deliver £80m+ to improve the lives of people living with dementia.     

Your passion for continuous learning and improvement will be infectious in fostering curiosity and experimentation among our amazing fundraisers, driven by wanting to provide an exceptional experience for Alzheimer’s Society supporters.

About you

You will have experience of using data selection packages, feel at home using Excel to manipulate and manage data sets and have extensive experience of using large contact management databases.

As an exceptional communicator, you care passionately about sharing ideas and results in the most accessible way and are positive and optimistic even when under pressure. You are a real team player and someone who thrives on sharing your knowledge, ideas and skills with colleagues, to continually improve standards and performance.
