About the role
The Solutions team within the IT department are responsible for the implementation of a broad range of technology solutions to The Society. The team’s overriding objective is to design and implement solutions which enable employees to achieve the Society’s overall aim of creating a world without dementia.
The Collaboration Platforms Engineer will support the wider Solutions team in achieving this objective by providing subject matter knowledge and experience of collaboration platforms including (but not limited to):
Focusing on projects and change activity, you will be involved in all stages of the change lifecycle, from advising at initial business engagement, through to design, implementation and handover to BAU.
Reporting into the Cloud Solutions Manager, you will be expected to operate independently within agreed parameters and limits of authority from the Cloud Solutions Manager. You will also work across the Society, building effective working relationships with volunteers and employees at all levels within the Society
