About the role
The Customer Data Analyst is responsible for providing clear, well-articulated analysis and reporting to teams across the organisation. Information and understanding from this analysis & reporting will help to inform business strategies across not only fundraising business units but Alzheimer’s Society as a whole. The post-holder will devise and implement regular reporting and segmentation templates to inform and assist management teams, and to increase voluntary income and customer engagement.
We are looking for an exceptional individual with experience, ideally in a Fundraising environment, leading on analysis and reporting, problem solving and acting on initiative in order to help to maximise customers’ engagement & value. The Customer Data Analyst will also be required to extensively use and work on the on-going development of the FastStats statistical package therefore solid understanding of database structures, meticulous attention to detail and expertise in data presentation are all essential. A strategic outlook together with the ability to plan and execute tasks according to strict routines and deadlines is also desirable.
