About the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Business Engagement team within IT during a period of organisational transformation and change. The successful candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills to work collaboratively with the business and project teams at all levels and demonstrate excellent facilitation and influencing skills to produce high quality documentation.

About you
We are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Business Analyst, who can gather and develop requirements that are clear, concise and easy-to-understand for the business, while sufficiently comprehensive, structured and technically-oriented to be translated into technical solutions by the development team. These outputs and decisions will be used throughout the requirements lifecycle, from initial capture through various stages of refinement and through to testing and implementation

The right person will be able to act as a bridge between different teams and projects, leveraging existing expertise and knowledge to validate solution definitions and specifications. The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with business stakeholders and gain trust in order guide and influence them will be key.

To achieve this, you will collaborate with product specialists and various application delivery teams to help develop solutions that fully integrate with existing IT systems and solve complex business problems.
