If you are an experienced, established HR or People Partner with a commercial outlook wanting to take the next step in your career this could be the opportunity for you!

Alzheimer's Society is the UK's leading dementia charity. We provide information and support, improve care, fund research, and create lasting change for people affected by dementia. Until the day we find a cure, we will strive to create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

To do this, we need to recruit and develop the best people to work and volunteer with us. Our People and Organisation Development directorate has an exciting and ambitious new people plan, ensuring our volunteers and employees are capable of and empowered to play their part in our vision.

Being part of Alzheimer’s Society is so much more than a job. It’s about being part of one big team that is dedicated to making a difference and mobilise everyone to unite against dementia. And we are looking for even more great people with energy, commitment and talent to unite with us to help continue improving the lives of people affected by dementia forever.

Understanding of the diverse needs of people affected by dementia and awareness of the added value volunteers can bring to the delivery of an organisations mission will be of distinct advantage.

Our employees work hard every day to make a true difference in people's lives. We are proud to support them with a range of benefits, recognition and many options for working agilely.
